How it all started
2002
Neology is founded. Calderon breaks ground on Neo Lofts on her 28th birthday.
2023
The Julia Residences tops off. Fourteen Allapattah Residences tops off. Palmer Lake officially begins construction permitting process.
2022
The Julia, Neology’s second project in Allapattah breaks ground. Neology launches a new lifestyle magazine, Allaway, to highlight Allapattah, its art scene and surrounding neighborhoods. Fourteen Allapattah Residences breaks ground. Palmer Lake site in Miami Dade county is acquired, adjacent to Freedom Park.
2021
No.17 Residences leases up in record time and opens in early 2021 serving as the catalyst of the renaissance of Allapattah.
2020
No.17 Residences tops off during the height of the pandemic. Calderon acquires the land for Fourteen Allapattah Residences.
2019
Neology breaks ground on No.17 Residences in Allapattah.
2018
Calderon earns the distinction “the Queen of the Miami River”. Neology acquires River Oaks Tower & Marina and begins its transformation to re-launch as Pier 19 Residences and Marina on the Miami River.
2016
Neology quietly acquires first parcel of land assembly in Allapattah, the future site of No.17 Residences.
2015
TCG Flagler opens.
2013
TCG Flagler breaks ground.
2008
Wind by Neo opens.

Neo Vertika Opens.

Neo Lofts Opens. Calderon is credited with starting a renaissance along the Miami River.
