Developer Lissette Calderon recently broke ground on No.17 Residences Allapattah, 1569 NW 17 Ave., the first lifestyle-driven project in this newly rediscovered fruit packing district. The vision behind the 192-unit apartment building is to create a lifestyle curated with ample amenities and
social spaces by focusing on authenticity, expressed through architecture and interiors, that will appeal to today’s urbanites and foster a sense of community.
