Ian Gonzalez is a highly accomplished multifamily and commercial real estate operator with experience operating portfolios of diverse asset classes for vertically integrated real estate development firms. He leads the organizations Property Management division and is responsible for implementing the industry’s best practices as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of our existing and under development multifamily and mixed-use portfolio. With a strong foundation in property management and extensive experience overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties, Ian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. As a dynamic leader, he is known for his exceptional organizational skills and his ability to streamline property operations for maximum efficiency.
Ian brings a unique perspective to our organizations vision of operational excellence after having led high performing teams to operate complex assets in competitive marketplaces throughout the mid-west, mid-Atlantic and southeastern United States. His leadership abilities and passion for creating a culture rooted in transparency, respect for people, integrity, and best in class customer service shape our organizations Property Management division.
Ian attended Virginia Commonwealth University as a dual major, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Criminal Justice. He is also an adventure enthusiast, trying everything from sky diving to spear fishing. On the weekends you can find him boating, fishing, swimming, scuba diving, or just enjoying the best that Florida has to offer with his wife and two dogs.
