Since Neology Development Group, LLC’s inception, Maria Calderon has been the Director of Human Resources. In this position she oversees all aspects of human resources management for the entire company and its dependents. Ms. Calderon’s responsibilities include functions such as EEO Compliance; Recruiting; Staffing; Classification and Compensation; Benefits Administration, Personnel and Labor Relations, Change Management, Training and Development.
She graduated from Barry University with a Bachelor’s of Professional Studies. She has also been a licensed real estate broker for over 20 years.
She is married with two children and eight granddaughters. Maria’s passion is to ride her bike, especially at dawn when the world is still sleeping and she gets to absorb the beauty of nature, feel the early morning breeze and enjoy the sound of animals starting to wake up.
